Trackk — Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Trackk app and its services, operated by Mtnpros inc., Canada. By using the app you agree to them.
What Trackk is
Trackk records riding sessions from motion sensors and your phone, shows you gauges and replays, and can produce AI-generated coaching feedback. It is a training aid.
It is not safety equipment
Snowboarding and mountain biking are dangerous. Trackk does not make riding safe, does not detect all hazards, and its numbers and coaching can be wrong or incomplete. You alone are responsible for riding within your ability, the conditions, and the resort's or trail's rules. Never operate the app in a way that distracts you while riding.
Your account & your data
- You are responsible for the email account you sign in with.
- Your recordings remain yours. You grant us only the hosting rights needed to store and show them back to you, per the Privacy Policy.
- You must have the rights needed to upload any video or other content you submit.
- You can delete your whole account in the app or request deletion at trackk.pro/delete-account.html.
Coaching content
AI coaching feedback is automatically generated and provided as-is, for information only. It is not professional instruction and may be inaccurate. For real instruction, ride with a certified instructor.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service (no attempting to access others' data, no overwhelming the services, no unlawful content in uploads). We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackk and Mtnpros inc. are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your riding or your reliance on the app's data or coaching. The app is provided "as is", without warranties. Where law grants you rights that cannot be waived (including under Québec consumer law), those rights prevail.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
